Texas High School Softball - Tascosa knocked off by Amarillo

In Friday's league contest, the Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX), by a margin of 18-3.

With the triumph, Amarillo moves its record to 22-1 on the year. The Sandies travel to Plainview (Plainview, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A Region I District 3 contest on Monday, April 3. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 5-12. Plainview won 31-7 in their recent league contest against Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX)

In their next game, the Rebels play the Plainview Bulldogs (Plainview, TX) in a 5A Region I District 3 contest, on Thursday, April 6. Tascosa will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record.
