In Friday's league contest, the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Wagner Thunderbirds (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 9-0.

With the triumph, Boerne-Champion moves its record to 7-11 on the year. The Chargers travel to Tivy (Kerrville, TX) to play the Antlers in a 5A Region IV District 26 contest on Tuesday, April 11. The Antlers come into the contest with a record of 12-9.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds play the Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 contest, on Tuesday, April 4. Wagner will attempt to move on its 3-19 season record.
