Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Manti Templars (Manti, UT), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Dinos now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Richfield for a 3A Region 12 challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Carbon will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-11 non-league loss to Delta (Delta, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Manti falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Templars travel to Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 17-0. Virgin Valley won 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV)
