North Carolina High School Softball - Cherokee falls to Robbinsville

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Robbinsville Black Knights softball team scored a nice 12-1 win over the Cherokee Braves.

Coming up next, the Black Knights battle the Madison Patriots (Marshall, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. Robbinsville will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 8-5 record after their 11-1 league win over Rosman (Rosman, NC).

The Braves (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Maroon Devils enter the Smoky Mountain 1A outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Swain County ran past Hayesville (Hayesville, NC), 5-0, in a league outing.
