Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Eisenhower Cadets (Yakima, WA), 24-10 in a league challenge.

The Mavericks now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Othello for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. Moses Lake will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 15-4 non-league win over Shadle Park (Spokane, WA). The Huskies record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Eisenhower falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA) to battle the Panthers in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
