White Oak Roughnecks (White Oak, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Gladewater Bears (Gladewater, TX), 14-0 in a league challenge.

The Roughnecks now own a 21-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sabine for a 3A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. White Oak will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-8.

With the loss, Gladewater falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bears travel to New Diana (Diana, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 3A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 13-9. New Diana won 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Daingerfield (Daingerfield, TX)
