California High School Softball - Anthem Prep bounces San Pasqual Valley

March 31, 2023: Winterhaven, CA 92283

Anthem Prep Eagles (Anthem, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host San Pasqual Valley Warriors (Winterhaven, CA), 20-6 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Salome for a 1A West challenge on Monday, April 3. Anthem Prep will face a Frogs squad coming off a 24-3 non-league win over Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ). The Frogs record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, San Pasqual Valley falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Antelope (Wellton, AZ) to face the Rams in a 1A West challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 10-2. Antelope won 18-0 in their recent league challenge against Desert Heights Prep (Glendale, AZ)
