Kansas High School Softball - Halstead gets by Hesston

Spectators at Friday's league match between the Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS) and the host Hesston Swathers (Hesston, KS), observed Halstead's softball team edge Hesston by a score of 8-7.

Coming up next, the Dragons encounter the Haven Wildcats (Haven, KS) in a Central Kansas test, on Thursday, April 6. Halstead will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 14-4 league win over Hillsboro (Hillsboro, KS).
