The Southwest Guilford Cowboys softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Page Pirates to 3 in the Cowboys league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Southwest Guilford moves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to clash with the Hornets in a Metro 4A game on Tuesday, April 4. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 2-11. Western Guilford lost 19-0 in their recent non-league game against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a Metro 4A game, on Tuesday, April 4. Page will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 5-7 record after their 17-0 league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
