Tolleson Wolverines (Tolleson, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), 13-0 in a league challenge.

The Wolverines now sport a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chandler for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 3. Tolleson will face a Wolves squad coming off a 11-4 league loss to Xavier College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Valley Vista falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Monsoon travel to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to face the Stallions in a 6A West Valley challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Stallions enter the challenge with a record of 13-4. Shadow Ridge won 14-4 in their recent league challenge against West Point (Avondale, AZ)
