The Dodd City Hornets baseball team scored 20 runs and held the visiting Savoy Cardinals to 0 in the Hornets league win on Monday.

The Hornets now hold a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Trenton for a 2A Region II District 11 test on Tuesday, April 1. Dodd City will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Honey Grove (Honey Grove, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 6-9.
