Texas High School Baseball - Frost defeats Itasca

March 31, 2025: Frost, TX 76641

The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Frost Polar Bears (Frost, TX) and the visiting Itasca Wampus Cats (Itasca, TX), saw Frost's baseball team gain a win over Itasca by a tally of 10-5.

The Polar Bears (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Italy (Italy, TX). The Gladiators enter the 2A Region II District 15 battle with a 1-13 record. In their last battle, Italy was overwhelmed by Avalon (Avalon, TX), 14-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wampus Cats face the Rio Vista Eagles (Rio Vista, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 battle, on Friday, April 4. Itasca will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 8-8 record after their 5-0 league win over Meridian (Meridian, TX).
