Kansas High School Baseball - Silver Lake holds off Holton

In Monday's league game, the host Silver Lake Eagles baseball team scored a close 12-8 victory over the Holton Wildcats.
The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Nemaha Central (Seneca, KS). The Thunder enter the Big Seven game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Nemaha Central held off Royal Valley (Hoyt, KS), 14-3, in a league game.
Next, the Wildcats face the Falls City Tigers (Falls City, NE) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 3. Holton will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 0-7 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Louisville (Louisville, NE).
