The Spring Valley Timberwolves baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Parkersburg Big Reds to 0 in the Timberwolves league win on Monday.
The Timberwolves now hold a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Charleston for a Mountain State test on Wednesday, April 2. Spring Valley will play a Black Eagles team coming off a 14-2 league win over Capital (Charleston, WV). The Black Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Parkersburg drops to 0-7 on the year. The Big reds travel to Capital (Charleston, WV) to play the Cougars in a Mountain State test on Wednesday, April 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 1-3. Capital lost 14-2 in their recent league test against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV)
