West Virginia High School Baseball - Sissonville edges Princeton

March 31, 2025: Charleston, WV 25312

The Sissonville Indians baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Princeton Tigers to 7 in the Indians non-league win on Monday.

The Indians now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoover for a test on Tuesday, April 1. Sissonville will play a Huskies team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV). The Huskies record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Princeton drops to 2-7 on the year. The Tigers host Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV) to play the Spartans in a Coalfield AAA test on Wednesday, April 2. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 6-2. Greenbrier East won 14-4 in their recent non-league test against Summers County (Hinton, WV)
