California High School Baseball - San Marcos loses to Ventura

Ventura Cougars (Ventura, CA) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA), 7-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Ventura moves its record to 10-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Pacifica (Oxnard, CA) to confront the Tritons in a Channel match on Tuesday, April 1. The Tritons come into the match with a record of 12-4. Pacifica won 15-1 in their recent non-league match against San Fernando (San Fernando, CA)

The Royals now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxnard for a Channel match on Tuesday, April 1. San Marcos will confront a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 6-10.
