Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA) and the visiting Sumter County Panthers (Americus, GA), saw Crisp County's soccer squad triumph over Sumter County by a count of 8-1.

The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Tattnall County tipped Appling County (Baxley, GA), 5-3, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 2. Sumter County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Crawford County (Roberta, GA).
