Texas High School Softball - Columbia edges Brazosport

The Columbia Roughnecks softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Brazosport Exporters to 3 in the Roughnecks league win on Monday.

The Roughnecks now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sweeny for a 4A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, April 1.

With the loss, Brazosport moves to 7-8 on the season. The Exporters travel to Sweeny (Sweeny, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A Region IV District 29 battle on Friday, April 4. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 1-12. Sweeny lost 9-2 in their recent league battle against Columbia (West Columbia, TX)
