Texas High School Softball - Bushland River Road

The River Road Wildcats triumphed over the visiting Bushland Falcons softball squad by a count of 14-9 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Tulia Hornets (Tulia, TX) in a 3A Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, April 4. River Road will attempt to upgrade on its 18-9 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 1-14 record after their 14-8 league loss to Dalhart (Dalhart, TX).

The Falcons (13-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Canadian (Canadian, TX). The Wildcats enter the 3A Region I District 1 challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Canadian was routed by Childress (Childress, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.
