The Tempe Buffaloes softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Cortez Colts to 11 in the Buffaloes league win on Monday.

The Buffaloes now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cortez for a 4A Black Canyon battle on Wednesday, April 2. Tempe will confront a Colts team coming off a 21-11 league loss to Tempe (Tempe, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Cortez moves to 2-6 on the season. The Colts travel to Tempe (Tempe, AZ) to confront the Buffaloes in a 4A Black Canyon battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Buffaloes come into the battle with a record of 6-4. Tempe won 21-11 in their recent league battle against Cortez (Phoenix, AZ)
