Arkansas High School Softball - Flippin topped by Salem

Salem Greyhounds (Salem, AR) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Flippin Bobcats (Flippin, AR), 15-2 in a league game.

With the triumph, Salem upgrades its record to 7-2 on the year. The Greyhounds host Cave City (Cave City, AR) to play the Cavemen in a 3A Region 2 game on Tuesday, April 1. The Cavemen enter the game with a record of 6-2. Cave City lost 15-0 in their recent league game against Melbourne (Melbourne, AR)

The Bobcats now own a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Lead Hill for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 1. Flippin will play a Tigers squad coming off a 25-1 league loss to Norfork (Norfork, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
