The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Latexo Tigers (Latexo, TX) and the visiting Oakwood Panthers (Oakwood, TX), observed Latexo's softball team prevail over Oakwood by a tally of 10-1.

The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Grapeland (Grapeland, TX). The Sandies go into the non-league bout with a 6-12 record. In their last bout, Grapeland was routed by Slocum (Elkhart, TX), 8-4, in a non-league bout.
