The Moulton Bobkatz softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Schulenburg Shorthorns to 4 in the Bobkatz non-league win on Monday.

The Bobkatz now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flatonia for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 1. Moulton will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Shiner (Shiner, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Schulenburg moves to 2-15 on the season. The Shorthorns travel to Weimar (Weimar, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a 2A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, April 1. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 12-7. Weimar won 19-0 in their recent league battle against Bloomington (Bloomington, TX)
