In Monday's non-league match, the visiting White County Central Bears softball team scored a tight 13-7 win over the Nemo Vista Red Hawks.
The Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Pangburn (Pangburn, AR). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Pangburn nipped Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR), 15-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Red Hawks confront the St. Joseph Bulldogs (Conway, AR) in a 1A Region 5 match, on Thursday, April 3. Nemo Vista will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 3-5 record after their 15-13 league loss to Wonderview (Hattieville, AR).
