New Mexico High School Baseball - Bloomfield edges Aztec

March 31, 2026: Bloomfield, NM 87413

In Tuesday's league game, the host Bloomfield Bobcats baseball team scored a close 14-12 victory over the Aztec Tigers.

The Bobcats (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Shiprock (Shiprock, NM). The Chieftains enter the 4A District 1 match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Shiprock by Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM), 10-9, in a league match.

The Tigers now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miyamura for a 4A District 1 match on Thursday, April 2. Aztec will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Gallup (Gallup, NM). The Patriots record now stands at 8-7.
