Brooks Lions (Killen, AL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL), 7-0 in a non-league game.

The Lions (18-5) will now prepare for their game against Wilson (Florence, AL). The Warriors enter the 4A Area 14 game with a 14-10 record. In their last game, Wilson was overwhelmed by Headland (Headland, AL), 18-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Red Devils face the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 2. Lawrence County will attempt to move on its 2-16 season record. The Black Bears come into the match with a 15-6 record after their 6-3 non-league win over East Limestone (Athens, AL).
