Idaho High School Baseball - Melba wallops Marsing

The Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID) baseball trounced the visiting Marsing Huskies (Marsing, ID), 14-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fruitland for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 3. Melba will clash with a Grizzlies team coming off a 6-2 league win over Cole Valley Christian (Meridian, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-1.

The Huskies (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Mountain Home (Mountain Home, ID). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 5-8 record. In their last bout, Mountain Home was overwhelmed by Jerome (Jerome, ID), 11-7, in a league bout.
