In Friday's league game, the host Carpinteria Warriors baseball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Fillmore Flashes.
The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Nordhoff (Ojai, CA). The Rangers go into the Citrus Coast game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Nordhoff was overwhelmed by Hueneme (Oxnard, CA), 6-0, in a league game.
The Flashes (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Bishop Diego was overwhelmed by Santa Ynez (Santa Ynez, CA), 9-3, in a non-league game.
