The Parkland Mustangs baseball team (Winston-Salem, NC), was overwhelmed 14-0 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC)
The Hawks now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vandalia Christian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 8. Forsyth Home Educators will confront a Vikings team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A outing, on Tuesday, March 8. Parkland will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Grimsley (Greensboro, NC).
