The Grove Ridgerunners baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Tahlequah Tigers to 2 in the Ridgerunners non-league victory on Friday.
The Ridgerunners (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Edison (Tulsa, OK). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Edison gained a win over Catoosa (Catoosa, OK), 12-1, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Owasso (Owasso, OK). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Owasso knocked off Coweta (Coweta, OK), 23-4, in a non-league bout.
