California High School Baseball - Homestead wallops Pioneer

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) and the visiting Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA), saw Homestead's baseball squad knock off Pioneer by a count of 10-0.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 10. Homestead will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Acorns enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA).

The Mustangs now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellarmine College Prep for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 8. Pioneer will play a Bells squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Bells record now stands at 2-1.
