The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) and the host Glendora Tartans (Glendora, CA), saw Upland's softball squad nip Glendora by a count of 7-2.

The Highlanders/Scots now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Santiago for a non-league match on Monday, March 7. Upland will face a Sharks squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Hillcrest (Riverside, CA). The Sharks record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Glendora falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tartans host Bonita (La Verne, CA) to face the Bearcats in a match on Tuesday, March 8. The Bearcats enter the match with a record of 6-2. Bonita lost 8-5 in their recent non-league match against Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA)
