The crowd at Friday's league test between the Portal Panthers (Portal, GA) and the host McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (Darien, GA), saw Portal's soccer squad knock off McIntosh County Academy by a count of 4-1.

The Panthers now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Bryan County for a A Public Region 3 test on Friday, March 11.

With the loss, McIntosh County Academy drops to 1-5 on the season. The Buccaneers host Brantley County (Nahunta, GA) to meet the Herons in a non-league test on Monday, March 7. The Herons come into the test with a record of 1-8. Brantley County lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA)
