The Pasquotank County Panthers softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Bertie Falcons to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Pasquotank County upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Camden County (Camden, NC) to encounter the Bruins in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing on Tuesday, March 15. The Bruins enter the outing with a record of 3-1. Camden County won 9-4 in their recent non-league outing against Perquimans (Hertford, NC)

The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Columbia (Columbia, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league outing with a 0-2 record.
