The Eagles now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Loyd Star for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 9. Florence will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Enterprise (Brookhaven, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Clinton falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Arrows host North Pike (Summit, MS) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 7. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. North Pike won 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Raymond (Raymond, MS)
