The crowd at Friday's league match between the Hercules Titans (Hercules, CA) and the host De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA), saw Hercules's softball squad achieve victory over De Anza by a count of 16-8.

The Titans now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Acalanes for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 9. Hercules will face a Dons squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Dons record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, De Anza falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Deer Valley (Antioch, CA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 8. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 0-6. Deer Valley lost 12-1 in their recent non-league match against Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA)
