The Junction Eagles routed the visiting Medina Bobcats softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Friday's league battle.
The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mason (Mason, TX). The Punchers go into the 2A Region IV District 28 battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Mason topped Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX), 9-7, in a non-league battle.
The Bobcats now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Goldthwaite for a 2A Region IV District 28 battle on Tuesday, March 8. Medina will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Comfort (Comfort, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
