The Central Lions baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots to 3 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions (4-7) will now prepare for their match against Cass (White, GA). The Colonels go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Cass was overwhelmed by Paulding County (Dallas, GA), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 11-1 record. In their last match, Cherokee gained a win over East Paulding (Dallas, GA), 12-2, in a non-league match.
