The St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA) baseball nipped the visiting Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Paideia Pythons (Atlanta, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 6 contest, on Monday, March 6. St. Francis will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Pythons come into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA).
The Lions now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 7. Christian Heritage will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Rome (Rome, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-4.
