The Shanley Deacons tipped the visiting Grand Forks Central Knights basketball team by a final score of 65-61 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Deacons face the Century Patriots (Bismarck, ND) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 9. Shanley will attempt to move on its 14-10 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 23-0 record after their 63-58 non-league win over Minot (Minot, ND).
With the defeat, Grand Forks Central moves to 12-13 on the year.
