In Saturday's league outing, the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) basketball squad felled the host Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA), by a margin of 51-43.

The Cavaliers (16-9) will now prepare for their outing against Octorara Area (Atglen, PA). The Braves go into the non-league outing with a 17-9 record. In their last outing, Octorara Area was beaten by Littlestown (Littlestown, PA), 75-57, in a non-league outing.

The Cougars now own a 21-4 record.
