The Del Lago Academy Firebirds volleyball team (Escondido, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting O'Farrell Charter Falcons (San Diego, CA)

The Falcons (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Foothills Christian was nudged by Morse (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Firebirds meet the Valley Center Jaguars (Valley Center, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 7. Del Lago Academy will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over San Pasqual (Escondido, CA).
