North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Pinecrest drops to Green Level

The Pinecrest Patriots lacrosse squad (Southern Pines, NC), was overwhelmed 19-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Green Level Gators (Cary, NC)

Coming up next, the Gators meet the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake challenge, on Monday, March 6. Green Level will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 13-5 league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC).

The Patriots now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Union Pines for a United 8/All American/Sandhills challenge on Monday, March 6. Pinecrest will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Clayton (Clayton, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
