Alabama High School Softball - Sparta Academy bounces Escambia Academy

Sparta Academy Warriors (Evergreen, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Escambia Academy Cougars (Atmore, AL), 10-0 in a non-league match.
The Warriors now sport a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Crenshaw Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, March 4. Sparta Academy will face a Cougars squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Ezekiel Academy (Montgomery, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Escambia Academy moves to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lighthouse Private Christian Academy (Pensacola, FL) to face the Stingrays in a non-league match on Monday, March 27. The Stingrays go into the match with a record of 1-3.
