Joshua Owls (Joshua, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Owls now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cleburne for a 5A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Joshua will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Seguin (Arlington, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Seguin falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Midlothian (Midlothian, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 5A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 3-5. Midlothian lost 13-11 in their recent league challenge against Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX)
