Danville Christian Academy Warriors (Danville, KY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wayne County Cardinals (Monticello, KY), 61-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Danville Christian Academy upgrades its record to 27-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Friday, March 8. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 22-11. Rockcastle County won 51-47 in their recent non-league bout against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY)
