South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers confront the St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 8. South View will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC).

The Fighting Scots now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Whiteville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Scotland will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-2.
