The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC), saw Atkins's lacrosse team achieve victory over West Stokes by a margin of 8-2.

The Camels (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals enter the Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Cornerstone Charter edged West Stokes (King, NC), 15-2, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Wildcats enter the Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Eastern Guilford was overwhelmed by Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC), 8-7, in a non-league challenge.
