The Cape Fear Colts lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the host Gray's Creek Bears to 9 in the Colts league win on Monday.

The Colts (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Vikings go into the United 8/All American/Sandhills match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Union Pines was overwhelmed by Clayton (Clayton, NC), 8-7, in a non-league match.
