Providence Catholic Provets (San Antonio, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Savio Eagles (Austin, TX), 17-0 in a league challenge.

The Provets now sport a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Savio for a TAPPS Division II District 3 challenge on Monday, March 4. Providence Catholic will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to Manor New Tech (Manor, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-5.
